At Flat Out, we want you to love your fashion finds, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn items with original tags attached. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we are committed to making the exchange or refund process as quick and easy as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely place the unworn items with original packaging and tags into a shipping box or mailer to ensure they remain in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and tape it clearly on the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
